Luckily, today I had great filled-with-protein breakfast and lunch and I’m not craving for any snacks.
However, if I had a snack today, it wouldn’t be the best one. The snacks that I would like to have and to eat are mixed nuts. However, the snacks that I have in my house are Oreos whose existence I am trying to ignore but that I know are oh-so-tempting. The other possible snacks are fruits that I am completely ignoring and don’t want to eat.

I usually crave snacks when I’m stressed. I am trying to handle that in a better way, but I’m not always succesful. I guess that it would be better to get more healthy snacks and fruits that I like more so I don’t give in to temptations. Today, I won’t have snacks (or so I hope), but I do hope that if you have a snack today, you enjoy it a lot and share it with us all in the comments 🙂
