I am a fan of increasing my (and my accountability partners) productivity. I feel that I’m always sharing little tips and tricks for time management too.
Moreover, I have personally tested most of the tips and the tools I recommend, and these are not the exception.
Just a short disclaimer before starting this list, none of these recommendations are sponsors. I will share referral links, but it’s just in case someone wants to test them.
1. Fathom
Fathom is an AI note taker that automatically joins the meetings (if you want to) and creates the transcription. Unlike other tools, it doesn’t have a limit of the recording. However, the premium features make Fathom create a Summary with the action items automatically. You can use my referral code if you want to give it a try: https://fathom.video/invite/5e1szQ
2. Grammarly Premium
I took advantage of a Black Friday deal and got Grammarly premium with a %50 discount. I have not always been so lucky to find it on sale. Despite this, I still think Grammarly is 100% worth it.
It helps you keep your Grammar, punctuation, and tone on check, which saves a lot of time. Besides, you can have it on Word, Google Docs, your browser, and even as your cellphone keyboard.
3. Gemini
Gemini is a great tool. It has helped me in all kinds of aspects of my life. It assists me in tracking my expenses. It also helped me create the script for my Fiverr video and analyze the feedback my customers have left, among others.
4. Stayfree
That sentence of we all have 24 hours in a day can be annoying, but also useful. Stayfree has helped me to recover many hours of my days 🙂
It is an app blocker and is highly customizable. It allows you to set usage boundaries and limits for all kinds of apps and websites.
You can use it on your browser, your computer, your phone, and more. I love it.
I have a focus time that doesn’t allow me to use games or watch YouTube between 10 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday. It works wonderfully.
If you want to gain some of your time back, use this! 100% recommend.
The question.
What apps do you use to stay productive? Let us know in the comments 😀
