I think that we tend to have two types of days: our work days and our free days, and there’s a perfect type for each.
For example, my perfect work day would be when I wake up, have coffee and a light breakfast (with blueberries included), exercise such as biking or dancing, shower, and start working. I would talk to my coworkers (just a little chit-chat), take some breaks to stretch, have a delicious lunch, and tackle my To-do list. It would be good to watch one video or two of the courses I am taking (Google Sheets, at this moment). Afterward, I would have dinner with my boyfriend (and friends and family if possible) and have a nice conversation. I like watching one episode or two of a series, so that would be my decompression time with some journaling before getting ready to sleep and get a well-deserved rest. I think my perfect work-day includes a lot of things, so I am aware that I need to put my own recommendations into practice and apply time-management techniques.

My days off don’t have a definition of perfect, but I would love to bike on a fresh sunny day and go to a park. I would drink fresh orange juice (my favorite) before returning home. I would prepare lunch, and if I’m not exhausted, it would be very special, such as my special shrimp and chorizo in white sauce pasta. However, if I’m too tired, I would prepare an easy-to-make lunch. After eating, I would shower and take a nap right after it. At night, we could drink beer (or Green apple Smirnoff for me) and play a game. The good thing about days off is that they don’t have to be planned all the time; I can just include some of the five things I do for fun. It doesn’t have to be a biking day all the time.

I don’t think that there’s a one-size-fits-all for days, and I am looking forward to seeing how different everyone’s perfect day is 🙂 Muito obrigada (thank you very much) for reading me, and I hope you have tons of perfect days in your future.
