Many might not agree with coffee being my chosen beverage to start the day; nevertheless, I enjoy my coffee religiously every morning. It doesn’t matter to me that green tea might have XYZ benefits because it won’t magically turn into coffee, so it won’t be included in my morning routine in the near future.
So… Every morning, I wake up, prepare a cup of coffee, and enjoy it to the last drop. Sometimes, I’m extremely lucky, and my boyfriend asks me if I want coffee and prepares it for me while I enjoy those extra minutes immersed in my blanket.
Now, for the coffee haters (if there are any xD ), I would like to share that coffee has antioxidant compounds and offers some nice health benefits (as long as you don’t add too much sugar, which might probably counter all the benefits). I will share a confession too. I love coffee (could you tell?), but I can’t drink espresso. Unfortunately for me, it makes my stomach hurts badly, so I know I need to play it safe.
Just in case, I would like to add that I’m also an avid water drinker and always have a cup in my workstation 🙂
How about you? Are you team coffee or team tea? I won’t judge you (and hope I won’t be judged).
