I’m trying to walk every evening and get at least 2000 steps. I spent all day on my computer, so it just makes sense to try and get some movement at the end of the day.
After the walk, we’ll go to the supermarket to get some veggies at a discount (there’s a promo every Tuesday in a nearby supermarket). I might make vinaigrette vegetables (¿vegetales a la vinagreta?), so I’ll need a healthy variety of veggies 🙂 While that’s cooking, we’ll have dinner, I might journal, or we might do some binge-watching.

Not actual photo of the veggies 🙂
So far, it sounds very peaceful and feasible —just winding down after working. However, there’s a catch. I have some tasks to do, and if they take longer than expected, I might end up going to bed late and likely a bit stressed.
My silly little plan is to go ahead and try to complete those tasks before going on the walk (I have a two-hour period), and if I make it, then I can just relax. Hopefully, that will be what happens.
