I don’t think that living a long life is a blessing, as it seems more like a curse. Perhaps is that I have seen elders complaining and asking God (or their mothers) to take them away and complaining about having already live enough.

Perhaps is that I heard about Tithonus when I was a teenager, and it made me biased against an extremely long life with no (or poor) health. However, as a biologist, I still get quite intrigued about the advances against aging, and having read The Naked Sun by Isaac Asimov (100% recommend), I see how having a long life could be great (the book speaks against it, but I don’t agree ๐ ).
Still, as becoming long-living, healthy humans is something that can be seen more in science fiction than in real life, I would prefer to leave this world near my 70th or 80th birthday.
