When I read this prompt, the first thing that came to my mind was… nothing. I couldn’t think of anything, and I’m not sure why.
I am at this point in my life where I am not looking for someone else to give me anything. I think that’s why my mind had no idea of what to ask for.
Then I realized that I want something more meaningful: spending more time with my loved ones.
Honestly, I should be the one giving time, as I am an introvert with workaholic tendencies. One of my brothers jokes that I am a witch with mystic plans. He says that’s why I don’t share anything about my life. I am not that interesting, tho 🙂
Still, over time, I have become better at appreciating my family and friends, and this last trip to Venezuela, I tried my best not to be alone for long (except at bedtime… I sleep better alone).

I’m privileged to be at this stage. I have suffered more than I like to admit. But now, I’m finally here. I’m in a state where I don’t desire material gifts. What about you? What would you want as a gift?
