Last year, I wrote a quite pessimistic blog post about living for a long time.
Now I think that if we take care of ourselves and our bodies, living a long life is actually a good thing.
There’s a component of luck involved, and I’m aware of it. You can take care of yourself and still get a debilitating disease. Nevertheless, Life is a game that is worth playing 🙂
