I started this blog in 2023 because I wanted to find new leads for my Virtual assistant gig. I know, it was a self-centered and selfish reason. However, something changed when I participated in the Bloganuary challenge in 2024.
I found WordPress as a space to share my thoughts, and even support others (with no strings attached). I have read wonderful articles, learned a lot from fellow bloggers, and shared a post every now and then.
Something that I would like my blog and posts to do, is to help people, even if it’s just one person. So, I would share a small list of the articles I have written that might help with time-management, goal setting, and more, and also a not serious list of the articles that are more lighthearted, and even funny (with some exceptions). Here it goes.
Self-development articles written by your server, Astrid.
The list above has some of the articles I have written regarding productivity and some related to small businesses. Most of the articles I have shared are auto biographical or opinion articles, because that’s usually the subject of the writing prompts that WordPress suggests.
Life-related articles.
Most of these are from the daily prompts, but the one I would highly recommend is my struggle of surviving without caffeine for a week. I consider it funny, and you are totally free to tell me if I’m wrong!
Another recommendation on my end would be for you to read my (scientifically based) opinion about how sunlight is not a miraculous cure for depression. I wrote that one as a quiet protest against the people who think you can overcome depression in just the “right way” (their way) and that look down on people who need treatment.
Now let me ask YOU, what is the impact you would like your blog to have? Let me know in the comments and feel free to share your blog link!
